Decorating My Handphone

My hand phone was very unpleasant because of the gluey scar on its surface. How could it be? It was caused of some experiments that I have done to it. F
However, it looks better after I decorated it with sticker and gems.

In the morning, I showed it to my friends excitedly, until
Debora said, "You look very proud of it, Nad. Hahaha.."
I was shy and we were laughed together.

After having a physics remedial test, I and my friends went to IP.
I was going to buy some other gems there,
because a pack of gems that I bought previously were not quite enough to completely cover my hand phone.
Jansen was very kind, he helped me sticking the gems.

My Mother's Birthday

A few days ago, actually on 23rd October 2008, my mother had a birthday. My father decided to celebrate it by having dinner in The Duck King restaurant. I really like to go there, because I adore their Dim Sum, especially hakau. Hakau in The Duck King Restaurant is very different from the other restaurant. It is very crusty. Hmm... Nevertheless, I can feel its tastiness now.

My family went to Gramedia Bookstore after that. I found a very cute sticker and fortunately my mother was willing to buy it for me. Thanks God for giving me a very kind mother.

As we were going home, my mother wanted to eat some delicious snow-ice in Charmy. A snow ice named berry berry good was eaten by me. It was very smooth like a snow.

Certainly I didn't forget to give my mother a present. I bought her a cute clothes and I hope she like it.

It was very Complicated..

This was the second day in Pangandaran. I ate my breakfast quickly, because it was very delicious. Now, all the students were going to Karapyak Beach. We had to find the organism for the Biology task. I think Karapyak Beach is not as good as Pangandaran Beach. There were a lot of reefs instead of sand. Walking in the slippery reefs made me feels very afraid, so I didn’t go too far from the seashore. However, Debora was very brave. She walked far away. A lot of unique organisms were found because of her courage. She also found a small crab. Luckily, I was in one group with her. I was very happy to have a friend like her. The one thing that made me feel very annoyed was a boy in the same group with me didn’t do anything! He was just sitting when I and the other students were finding the organism hardly. He also didn’t bring the alcohol that actually had to be prepared at home. He made me very angry!!!!!

Finally, the visit to Karapyak Beach ended. We went back to the hotel and there was a free time. I, Debora, Queency, and Vinita decided to go to the beach in front of the hotel. Sadly, Queency didn’t play in the beach with us, because she was sick. We also met Anam and friends. Looking them played boogie happily; we became very interested to play it too. Nevertheless, we might rent it before we played. I, Vinita, and Debora bring no money while going to the beach. Debora was very lucky! Because she could use the boogie board for free. The man who rented boogie board (for short, boogie man) said that it was okay to pay him later. Although I was sunk very often, I was very happy playing boogie. Debora, Andika, and Jason could play boogie very well. I wanted to play boogie longer, but the time was up. I ran fast to the hotel to take my wallet and pay the boogie man. When I got to the hotel, I was very panic because my wallet was disappeared. It looked falling when I went to Karapyak Beach. It was totally horrible. Thank goodness, Jason lent me and Vinita some money to pay the boogie man. He seemed to be an angel.

The next schedule was spora. After I played boogie in the past few minutes, I became very excited to play water. Formerly, I wasn’t interested at all. The spora activity was very fun.

The Amazing Trip

Two weeks ago, exactly on Wednesday 10th September 2008, all the 10th grade students in SMAK 1 went to Pangandaran. We travelled by bus. There were eight buses overall. Both X-1 and X-2 class were in the same bus, number seven. The bus was very noise for the excitement of students. In the bus, I chatted with Queency who sat beside me. Our seats were in the backside of the bus. I also laughed because of Jojo's joke. They were funny and kind. I've never bored on the road because of them.

Several hours later, we arrived in Garut. First, we visited Kampung Pulo, the historical and unique village. In addition, the famous Cangkuang temple could be found in it. To go there, we had to move across the lake by using a raft. After we ended the trip in Kampung Pulo, we had lunch in the bus. The next place we went to see in Garut was Batik Tulis Industry. Interviewing the worker to do the report was the activity we done there. I could see the patience and the carefulness of the workers who were drawing Batik in small and sweltering place.

We were back to the bus and continued our trip to the souvenir shop. Many students bought some wajit and dodol for a gift. I also want to buy them, but the place was very far. So, I and several friends decided to stay in the bus. Fortunately, Queency had a brilliant idea. She suggested buying some ice cream in the supermarket near our bus, because the weather was very hot. Then, Queency and I moved our seat to a front side of the bus for playing card with Debora, Jansen, Anam, and Andika. We played many kinds of playing card, such as polisi-penjahat, cus, or boong. My friends taught me many kinds of playing card, because I couldn’t play card at all formerly. I am very glad to have friends like them. Sooner or later, some of them stopped playing and fell asleep. We laughed together incessantly, after saw this:

Eventually, we got to Pangandaran in the evening. Although I felt very tired, I was very happy because the hotel was near to the interesting places. My roommates were also very nice. They were Queency, Stephanie, Irene, Vinita, and Merry. I put the baggage in the room quickly, because I have already been impatient to have a walk. However, some of us stayed in the hotel to do their report.

Later, I hung around outside the hotel with Queency, Vinita, Merry, Jansen and his friends. We went to the gift shop. I bought a one pair of unique handphone strap. The red one was for me and the orange one was for my friend, Ling Ling. We went back to the hotel at about 9 pm. I want to sleep immediately because I have already felt very tired.

Losing Weight

My mother likes to cook. She can cook everything tastily. The most often food she made is a kind of snacks, such as martabak, colenak, dorayaki, etc. She also likes to buy some traditional cakes. They must be on the table everyday.

However, I think my mother doesn't like to eat them. If my mother doesn't like them, why does she buy them? This always makes me and my brother astonish. One day, we asked her about this. And she said that all cakes that she buys are not for her, but actually for all the members of family who are hungry. She never lets the family being hungry.

I was very happy to hear that, but... it makes me getting fatter and fatter! I eat those cakes every time. Even if I don’t be hungry I still eat them, because of their look that very appetizing.

When I want to get a diet program, my mother must cook or buy something delicious. So, I often fail to lose my weight...

What an Annoying Friend!

Last Friday I had the biology experiment in the laboratory. While I was glowing the wooden stick, my finger got burned. The color of it immediately changed into the gloomy red and exactly it was very painful..

I was very upset because my friend who was in the same group with me did not care at all.
She just said 'why?' and do nothing.
Now, my finger is not hurt anymore, but I really got hurt for her doing!

My suffering has not ended yet.
I still washed some used test-tubes from that experiment.
Besides that, there was one test-tube which was added with a liver juice.
How yucky is it!

When she look at me washing those terrible test-tubes, she also didn't do anything.
She simply said 'sorry, sorry' without lend me a hand.

Jojo and Keroro

My little brother's name is Jonathan, but he is often called Jojo. He has a lot of friends that call up him everyday. I think he is also popular in his school. Many girls said that he is handsome. Moreover, he is such a funny and kind person. Being 11 year old, he is in the 6th grade elementary school now. I am very proud to have a lovely brother like him.

I have almost put a stop to watch television since he monopolized it. He watches cartoon all the time, especially on Sunday. Because on Sunday his favorite cartoon is showed longer than the usual day. His favorite cartoons are Sergeant Keroro and Ben 10. But I think he prefers to Sergeant Keroro. He is in the middle of loving it very much. If I want to switch the channel, he must be angry. He asked me watching it together with him instead. Certainly I said no because I don't like that cartoon.I just consider that it has a funny picture. The main character from it is the frog with big eyes that came from the frog planet and has an obsession to dictate the world. I think that frog is very cute, but that story line is confusing. In addition, it is very noisy. All the characters shouted from the beginning till the ending of it. Well, I hope my brother will be bored to that cartoon immediately.

My First Blog

Hello my name's Nadya..!

I'm a fifteen-year-old high school student. This is the first time I create a blog. If i hear the 'blog' terms, certainly I think of Mr. Raditya Dika's blogs that are printed into the best seller books.

Usually I don't like to read the book which is made by Indonesian author, but Mr. Raditya Dika is an exception. I like his books very much like many people do. His books which commonly tell about his day-to-day event are very humorous as though they are not real. But actually all the stories in those books are real. I began to be keen on his books since I read his third book, Radikus Makankakus. Its title and cover that look very funny have made me decided to buy it and started to collect all the series of his book. When I read that book in the first time, I laughed all the time. The story that I like most is which told about Mbip. Mbip is the nickname of Raditya Dika's friend. Why was he called Mbip? I think it was caused by the sensor that sounds biip.. biip. That story is quite long to tell in this site, so I suggest you to read it by yourself. I assure that you will happy to read.

Mr. Radit who is called Goat is a very creative author indeed.
Although I have already read his books many times, i didn't get bored till now. You will find a barrel of monkeys inside the books. As I told you before, I don't like the Indonesian author (except Mr. Goat), because most of them commonly tell about weightless love stories. When I go to the bookstore, I can find a lot of Indonesian novels that almost tell about love and love again. If it isn't love story, it must be an awfulness story that i hate very much.

Yes, definitely they are not only just write those two genres; however i'm still stuck in my opinion.
Then, I often find out the Indonesian novel that seems to be a copycat.

Those are just my opinion..
Sorry if i have already made mistake with my words.

By the way, I'd like to thank my brother for giving name to my blog. I think it is a quite funny name.

Bye! God bless you..
